Christophe Renou

 

Meilleur Ouvrier de France Pâtisserie 2015 (MOF), was working as a pastry chef at the School of Chocolate called “Haute Сouture Valrhona”. To become an owner of the red-white-and blue-collar was a true dream of Christophe Renou till early childhood. And at least at 2015 after two years of thorough preparation under the control of well-known pastry chefs Christophe Michalak and Ian Brice Christophe Renou gets the prestigious title “Meilleur ouvrier de France Pâtisserie 2015 (MOF)”. Christophe Renou is from Anjou, a province in France by his origin, which is well known by its medieval landmarks. His first teacher and mentor Stefan Bourdillat instilled in him a passion for competition. Right from that moment Christophe starts his way to gaining the title “Eilleur ouvrier de France”:
